# The dashboards, day to day

Six dashboards in their own Dashboards folder answer the running questions: how am I doing, how is the company doing, which shop, which product, which seller.

Dashboards has its own folder in the sidebar and opens on [INSIGHTS › Dashboards › My results](https://app.zeropos.shop/reports/dashboard/personal). Most dashboards share a period picker: **Today**, **Week**, **Month**, **Year** and, on some, **Custom**.

Where to find it: INSIGHTS › Dashboards › My results; INSIGHTS › Dashboards › Company; INSIGHTS › Dashboards › Shops; INSIGHTS › Dashboards › Products; INSIGHTS › Dashboards › Sellers; INSIGHTS › Dashboards › Competition.

## My results

Your own day: **Total Amount** (what you sold minus your refunds), **New Customers** (customer files you created), **Products Sold** and your **Sale History**.

**My Target** shows how close you are to your **First target** and **Second target** ([Set monthly targets](https://zeropos.shop/help/targets)). **Salary (est.)** estimates your pay for the same period when you may see it ([Read your salary page](https://zeropos.shop/help/my-salary)).

**Create a new Sale** at the top goes straight to the till. Every role can open My results by default.

## Company

The whole business for the period, starting on the current month: **Gross**, **Refunds**, **Avg sale**, **Net revenue ex. VAT**, **Cost of goods**, **Gross profit**, **Margin**, **Refund rate** and **Minimum Coverage**.

**Layaways: still owed** is not a figure for the period: it is what customers owe on every open layaway right now, whatever period you pick. **See who owes →** opens the Layaway balances report on the same total ([What each report answers](https://zeropos.shop/help/reports-overview)).

Below: **Payment Methods**, gross per location in **Point of Sale**, sales against refunds by location, and **Location Zoom**. By default only the owner and administrators see it.

## Shops

One day across your locations, today unless you pick another **Date**: **Total revenue** and **Sales count** for each.

Tap a shop's card to see each seller's sales there, then **View invoices** to open them.

## Products

What is selling, after discounts and VAT: **Sold**, **Refunded**, **Net units**, **Sales ex. VAT**, **Cost** and **Margin %** per product, plus **Tester**, **Defective** and **Losses**.

Filter by **Category** or **Location**, search by name or SKU, and **Export CSV**.

## Sellers

The team over the period: **Total revenue**, **Active sellers** and **Avg per seller**, then each seller's invoices and revenue. **Show trend** draws each seller's line over time.

## Competition

A live podium of today's sales, **Live · today only**, that starts fresh every day. Choose **All shops in region** or a single shop. Sellers can see it by default.

## Common questions

### Why is my Dashboards folder shorter than this?

Each dashboard has its own permission. A seller usually sees My results and Competition; managers also see Shops, Products and Sellers ([What each role can do](https://zeropos.shop/help/roles-and-permissions)).

### Do the dashboards include VAT?

**Gross** and **Avg sale** on Company include it. Anything marked ex. VAT, and every margin, leaves it out ([How prices and tax work: VAT or sales tax](https://zeropos.shop/help/prices-and-vat)).

### I need the detail behind a figure.

Use the data reports: they filter, group and export ([What each report answers](https://zeropos.shop/help/reports-overview)).
