# Quick print templates

Change the wording of the four ready-made quick prints, or build your own slips from blocks. The till's Quick prints uses your changes from then on.

The till's Quick prints ([Quick prints](https://zeropos.shop/help/quick-prints)) prints small 80 mm slips. This screen sets their standard wording, and the preview on the right is exactly what the printer receives, with your real company and shop details.

Where to find it: MANAGE › Settings › Quick prints.

## Before you start

- Changing it needs the permission to edit quick prints: owners, administrators and managers by default.
- The logo on the slips is the company logo: [Branding & appearance: logos, colours and theme](https://zeropos.shop/help/branding-and-appearance).

## Steps

### Change a ready-made slip

1. Open [MANAGE › Settings › Quick prints](https://app.zeropos.shop/backoffice/settings/quick-prints).
2. Tap its tab: **Discount voucher**, **Business card**, **Facial flyer** or **Skincare instructions**.
3. Rewrite the fields you want. A field left blank prints the built-in wording.
4. Check the **Live preview**, then tap **Save** at the top.

### Build your own slip

5. Tap **My templates**, then **Add your first template** (later, **Add template**).
6. Give it a **Template name**: staff pick it by that name at the till.
7. It starts with a few blocks. Tap **Add segment** for more, such as **Title**, **Paragraph**, **Divider**, **Company logo** or **Locations**.
8. Fill in each block, and move it up or down with its arrows.
9. Tap **Save**.

## What happens next

- The next quick print from the till uses the new wording. Nothing is sold and nothing is recorded.
- Your own templates appear on the till's Quick prints next to the four ready-made ones.

## Common questions

### Where do I set the notes and the phone on a business card?

At the till, each time: **Notes (optional)**, **Show my email on the card** and **Show my phone / WhatsApp on the card** are chosen for each print and not saved here.

### Where do the products on the skincare instructions come from?

The seller picks them from stock at the till for each print. There is nothing to set here for that list.

### What does a blank Headline print on the discount voucher?

Your company name and EXCLUSIVE VOUCHER, in the language your shop prints in (VALE EXCLUSIVO and the name in Spanish), as the **Live preview** shows. Type a **Headline** to print your own words instead.

### What does a Voucher code block print?

Leave **Default code** blank and each print gets its own random 6-character code; fill it in and every print shows that code.

### Can I get a deleted template back?

No. **Delete template** asks first, and once you save, the template is gone.

- “**Add a template on the left to see the preview.**” — What to do: Tap **Add template**, or pick one of your templates in the list.

## Good to know

- After changing a template, print one from the till: the paper shows how long the slip really is.
