# Quick prints

Print small 80 mm slips, such as business cards, discount vouchers and skincare plans, straight to the thermal printer. Nothing is sold or saved.

Quick prints is paper for the counter: the shop window, an event, a customer walking out with a skincare plan. It makes no sale and records no customer.

Where to find it: Quick actions › Quick prints.

## Steps

1. Open [Quick actions › Quick prints](https://app.zeropos.shop/pos/quick-prints).
2. Pick a template card: a discount voucher, a business card, a skincare plan, or one your shop added.
3. Fill in the fields on the left.
   - The **Preview** on the right is an exact 80 mm copy of what will print.
4. Tap **Print** to send it to the thermal printer.
5. Tap **Reset fields** to start again, or **Back to templates** to pick another.

## What happens next

- Nothing is saved: no sale, no stock movement and no customer record.
- With a cloud-bridge printer, the slip goes through the **Print queue** and prints in a few seconds ([Receipt printer setup: Epson, browser or cloud](https://zeropos.shop/help/printer-setup)).

## Common questions

### Can we change what a template says, or add our own?

Yes: owners and managers edit the default wording, or tap **Add template**, in [MANAGE › Settings › Quick prints](https://app.zeropos.shop/backoffice/settings/quick-prints).

### What does the discount voucher's headline say?

What the seller types, or the **Headline** saved in [MANAGE › Settings › Quick prints](https://app.zeropos.shop/backoffice/settings/quick-prints). Left blank, it prints your company name and EXCLUSIVE VOUCHER, in your shop's printing language: in Spanish, VALE EXCLUSIVO and the name.

### What is the New deal tile?

**New deal** builds a named offer that belongs to one customer, with its own claim page. It is a different job: [Prepare a deal for one customer](https://zeropos.shop/help/prepare-a-deal).

- A printed discount voucher is a handout. At the till, the seller applies the discount by hand ([Discounts at the till](https://zeropos.shop/help/discounts-and-deals)).
