# Save a view and share a link

Name a set of filters on Invoices or a report and open it again with one tap, or copy the page's link to send a colleague the same view.

The invoice list and every data report keep their filters in the page's address. **Views** gives those filters a name so you can come back to them, and **Copy link** hands the address to someone else.

Where to find it: BACKOFFICE › Invoices; INSIGHTS › Reports.

## Steps

### Save a view

1. Set the filters you want on [BACKOFFICE › Invoices](https://app.zeropos.shop/backoffice/invoices) or on a report in [INSIGHTS › Reports](https://app.zeropos.shop/reports/data).
2. Tap **Views**, then **Save current view**.
3. Type a name under **Name this view**, for example “Saturday cash check”, and tap **Save**.

### Open, replace or delete a view

4. Tap **Views** on the same screen and tap a name under **Your saved views**.
   - The view on screen is marked **On screen now**.
5. To update one, change the filters, tap **Save current view** and type the same name; the button turns into **Replace**.
6. To remove one, tap its bin and confirm with **Delete**.

### Share a link

7. Set the filters you want a colleague to see.
8. Tap **Copy link**; the button shows **Link copied**.
9. Paste the link into a message to your colleague.

## What happens next

- Saving, replacing or deleting a view changes only the saved filters: no invoice, figure or setting changes.
- Opening a view or a link shows today's data with those filters, so the numbers move as new sales come in.

## What a view and a link keep

The filters, the dates and the sort order. Reloading the page, a bookmark or the browser's Back button bring the same list back.

Never what you type in the search box: names, phone numbers and emails stay out of links and saved views.

Date buttons stay relative. A view saved on **Today** or **This month** opens on the current day or month; dates picked by hand stay fixed.

## Who sees what

Saved views are yours alone (**Only you see these.**). Each person saves their own, per screen.

A copied link opens the same filters for anyone signed in to Zero POS, but each person sees only what their own access allows. A seller who sees only their own sales still sees only those.

## If you see this

- “**You already have 50 saved views here. Delete one to save another.**” — What to do: Each screen keeps up to 50 views per person. Open **Views** and delete one you no longer use.
- “**Saved views can't be changed during a support session.**” — What to do: Views belong to the person signed in. Save or delete them after the support session ends.

## Good to know

- Saving under a name you already use replaces that view, so use a new name to keep both.
