About Zero POS
Built behind a shop counter
Zero POS was made by an owner of shops, for owners of shops. He runs skincare, cosmetics and treatment shops, so he knows exactly what they need. Here is why it exists, what it promises, and who is behind it.
Why it exists
A till for shops that sell products and treatments
The tills he could find did not fit shops like his. His shops sell skincare and cosmetics and offer treatments across the same counter, they work in English and in Spanish, and whatever ran them had to work on the phones, tablets and computers the shops already had.
So he built one that fits: products and treatments in the same sale, English and Spanish side by side, and nothing to install beyond a web browser.
Today it runs his shops every day — and it’s ready to run yours.
In daily use at a real skincare and treatment counter since May 2026.
What we promise
Four promises, and how Zero POS keeps them
Real screens, nothing made up
Every screen shown here is a real Zero POS screen, taken from a demo shop filled with made-up data. The photographs set the scene and were made for this website — they are not our shops or our customers.
Your data is yours
The owner can download everything in the workspace at any time, as one file: sales, customers, products, settings and the activity history. Reports and customer lists also export as spreadsheets for your accountant. If you ever leave, you take it all with you.
One price per shop, everything included
Every feature, and as many staff and devices as you need, for one monthly price per shop.
During early access nothing is charged, and you will get at least 30 days’ notice by email before any first bill.
English and Spanish, done properly
The app your team uses every day, the receipts, the online booking page, the emails and the help guides all come in both languages. Each person picks the language of their own screens, and the language the receipts print in is set on its own.
