What shops ask about the price

What counts as a shop?
A place you sell from — in Zero POS, a point-of-sale location. Stockrooms that only hold stock are free, and so are the rooms you give treatments in. Two tills in the same shop are still one shop.
When do I pay, and how?
Nothing to pay yet. During early access your workspace is free. When paid plans start, you’ll get at least 30 days’ notice by email before your first bill, and nobody is billed without it. The prices on this page are the ones paid plans will have.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Pay month by month or yearly, and cancel whenever you like in Settings.
Can you import my products for me?
Yes. Send us your product list, as it comes out of your old till or a spreadsheet, and we load it into your workspace for you, free during early access.
Can I cancel? What happens to my data?
Yes, whenever you like. The owner cancels in Settings → Workspace & data, typing the workspace’s name to confirm. The workspace then closes and is scheduled for deletion 30 days later; until that date your data is untouched, and one click restores it. Before you go, the owner can download the whole workspace as a zip file, and reports export as CSV for your accountant.
Do I need a new card machine?
No. Keep your terminal and your agreement with its provider. You take the payment on the terminal as you do now and choose Card at the till; Zero POS records it, and the end-of-day close shows what the terminal should have taken. Zero POS never sees card numbers and takes no cut of card sales.
Do I have to download an app?
No. Zero POS runs in the browser on any iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac or Windows PC. Add it to the home screen and it opens like an app, and updates arrive by themselves.
Do staff, tills or products cost extra?
No. Staff, devices, products and customers are unlimited. You pay per shop, never per person or per till.
Are prices before tax?
Yes. Prices are shown before tax; VAT, IVA or IGI is added where it applies.
What are the founding offer’s terms?
Join before 31 March 2027 and every shop — the first one too — is $79 a month instead of the usual prices, for as long as you stay with Zero POS. Nothing is charged during early access; the founding rate is what you’ll pay once paid plans start.
