Facial & skin studios
Facial studio software, from the booking to the aftercare
Clients book themselves into times that are really free. The diary draws your free gaps, counting your rooms, and the serum that goes home is rung up with the facial, on one ticket.

The menu and the diary
Your facials, your rooms, your day
Each treatment on your menu has its own length, price and colour, so a glance down the day shows what’s coming.

Gaps drawn in
Free time between appointments is drawn into the day with its length. Tap a gap and the booking opens at that time.
A free skin consultation
Make a consultation bookable without selling it: it sits in the diary like any appointment, and never reaches the till.
Done or cancelled in one tap
Tap Done when the facial is finished, or the bin to cancel. Cancelling frees the time for someone else and gives back any voucher held for it.
Online booking

Only what’s really free
The page checks your opening hours, your rooms and the diary. A facial that can’t finish before closing isn’t offered that day.
Your notice, your horizon
Set the shortest notice anyone can book with and how far ahead they can see. Show your prices, or keep them for the consultation.
A voucher at booking
A client with a gift voucher types its code as she books. It’s held for that appointment, and freed if she cancels.
A confirmation with a way out
Clients who leave an email get the details with a link to cancel, and the studio gets an alert for every new booking.
How it works
Each client’s file
Her facials and her products, in one file
Whoever is in the room sees the same file: every treatment she has booked, everything she has bought, and what the team should know.

Treatments beside purchases
The Treatments tab lists the appointments booked on her file; Invoices shows every cream and serum she took home.
A note for the team
An internal comment on her file holds what the next therapist should read before she comes in.
Due back, by her own rhythm
Worth a call lists regulars who’ve stopped coming, each measured against her own usual gap between visits.
Aftercare at the till
The facial and the serum, one ticket
The till shows who is booked in today, so the client walks out of the room and straight to payment.

Booked in today
Today’s appointments sit above the product grid. A treatment’s card shows its length where a product shows its stock.
Products with real stock
The cream that goes home comes off the studio’s stock; the facial moves none. Both count in the day’s takings and in commission.
Vouchers checked, never sold
Gift vouchers are issued from the back office for one treatment. At the counter, check the code without using it up, then mark it used.
