Nail, lash & brow studios

A nail salon POS, with lash and brow booking

Sets, fills and tints are short, and clients come back for them every few weeks. They book from your Instagram, the diary shows every free gap, and the aftercare that goes home is on the same ticket.

Short appointments

A full set, a fill, a tint: each its own length

Every treatment on your menu has its own length and price, from five minutes up, so a brow tint and a two-hour full set sit in the same day without guesswork.

The treatment diary: today’s appointments, each with its treatment, therapist and time.

  • Gaps you can fill

Free time between appointments is drawn into the day with its length. Tap a gap and the booking opens at that time.

  • Desks and beds, counted

Set Treatment rooms to the number of nail desks or lash beds working at once, and online booking never offers more.

  • One client at a time, per tech

Name who does each appointment, and nobody is booked for two at once.

  • No-shows, in a tap

Once the time has come, mark a no-show in one tap, and undo it just as fast if she walks in late.

Booking from Instagram

The link in your bio, with real free times behind it

Share one link in your Instagram bio or a WhatsApp reply, or print it as a QR code at the foot of your receipts.

  • Times as close as you like

Offer a time every 15 minutes, or every 5, 10 or 30. Only times that are really free are shown, checked against your hours and the diary.

  • No app for your clients

They choose a treatment, a day and a time, and leave a name and a phone number. With an email, they get a confirmation and a link to cancel.

  • Your notice, your horizon

Set the shortest notice anyone can book with and how far ahead they can see, and show your prices or keep them off.

  • A gift voucher at booking

A client with a treatment voucher types its code as she books. It’s held for that appointment, and freed again if she cancels.

  • Reminders by email or text

Remind clients the day before, two hours before or both, with a link to stop them in every message. Texts go from your own Twilio account.

Regulars

Fills every few weeks, and who has gone quiet

Nail and lash clients come back on a rhythm of their own. Zero POS keeps each one’s history and notices when the rhythm breaks.

Regulars who have stopped coming, each measured against their own usual gap between visits.

  • Her file, her history

The Treatments tab lists the appointments booked on her file; Invoices shows everything she took home.

  • A note for her next appointment

An internal comment on her file holds what the next tech should know before she sits down: the shape, the curl, the shade she likes.

  • Due back, by her own rhythm

Worth a call lists the regulars who’ve stopped coming, each measured against her own usual gap between visits.

  • Points that bring her back

Clients earn points on what they spend, faster in the tiers you set, and the points are redeemed from their file.

At the counter

The treatment and the aftercare, one ticket

Today’s appointments sit above the product grid, so whoever is free can take the payment.

Taking payment: part on the card terminal, the rest from a gift card’s balance.

  • Aftercare with real stock

Cuticle oil, lash cleanser, a brow gel: each product comes off that studio’s stock; the treatment moves none.

  • Gift cards in any amount

Sell a card for any amount, printed with its own code. It’s spent bit by bit, on treatments or products, and another payment takes the rest.

  • Walk-ins welcome

Allow walk-ins and a bottle of polish sells without a name. Name the client when it’s worth it: a receipt by email, points, a history.

  • Commission for every tech

Treatments and products both count towards each person’s commission, and a sale can be shared between two.

  • Tips for the tech

Ask for a tip at checkout if you like: your own percentages, one the client names or any amount. You choose who gets it: the techs on the sale, a split with the team on shift, or everyone on shift, equally or by hours worked. It stays out of sales, tax and commission.

Questions

Questions nail, lash and brow studios ask

Can clients book from my Instagram?
Yes. Copy your booking link into your Instagram bio or a WhatsApp reply, or print it as a QR code on your receipts. Clients choose a treatment, a day and a free time. No account, no app.
Can I offer short appointments, like a brow tint?
Yes. Each treatment has its own length, from five minutes, and the booking page can offer a time every 5 to 120 minutes.
Can two techs work at the same time?
Yes. Set Treatment rooms to the number of desks or beds that work at once. Name who does each appointment, and nobody is booked for two at the same time.
Can I sell aftercare and gift cards too?
Yes. Products and gift cards go on the same ticket as the treatment. Products come off your stock, and each gift card is printed with its own code and spent bit by bit.
