How to
7- Add a payment methodCreate and order the payment methods the till offers, send each one to an account and record card fees. Each region keeps its own list.
- Record an expense (including wages you paid)Log what the business spends, from rent to the wages you paid. Expenses reduce net profit, and a recurring one records itself on schedule.
- Cash and bank accounts (Expert)Keep one account for each till, bank and card, with a live balance, and move money between them. Available in Expert accounting.
- Team salary and payroll runsSee the team's pay side by side, then save the month as a payroll run for your accountant. A run only records the figures; you log what you paid as an expense. From Team & pay
- Gift cards outstanding: what you still oweSee how much your shops still owe on gift cards sold but not yet spent, by shop and by age, and find each card that still has money on it.From Reports & dashboards
- The Sales report: sales, refunds, VAT and marginSee what your shops sold in any period, by day, seller, payment method or customer: sales, refunds, VAT, margin and average ticket, ready to compare or export. From Reports & dashboards

- Till vs takings: why the day close and the reports differWhat the till expects at the close and what the reports count are the same money, sorted differently. Here is where they part: layaways, late changes and gift cards. From Reports & dashboards
- Pay, commission, targets and costs: which report answers whatThe reports behind pay and costs: hours and commission per person, what each one earns, targets, what the shop spends and what is left. Here is the question each one answers. From Reports & dashboards
