How to
8- Sign in without typing a passwordSave a passkey once and you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or your screen lock instead of a password. Here is how, and what to do when a password is forgotten.
- Import past salesBring past sales in from a spreadsheet (invoices, customers, products and sellers), with a preview first and an all-or-nothing import.
- Set up a new shop: guided setup and the settings tourSix short steps take a new shop from nothing to a first sale; then an optional tour walks you past every area of Settings. Stop any time and pick up later.
- Install Zero POS on an iPad, phone or computerAdd Zero POS from app.zeropos.shop to your Home Screen or desktop so it opens full screen like an app, then turn on notifications for that device.
- Work in more than one workspaceA workspace is one business in Zero POS with its own books, customers, stock and gift cards. Save each one on your device and switch between them without retyping a password.
- Create your workspace: sign up for Zero POSSign up with your business name, your email and a password. Confirm your email, and the guided setup takes you from an empty shop to your first sale.
- Move from your old till to Zero POSThe move in order: create your workspace, set it up, bring your products in, add past sales if you want them, then switch over with your card machine and your team.
- Import your product listBring many products in at once from a spreadsheet. You read a row-by-row preview first, and nothing is written until you press Import. From Stock & products

2- Start here: how Zero POS is laid outA map of the sidebar, the top bar and your avatar menu, so you always know where a screen lives and why some rows are not there for you.
- Your profileYour own corner of the app: password, screen language, sidebar order, passkeys, manager PIN and notification devices. Nothing here changes what customers see.
