7- Turn on treatmentsSwitch treatments on and build your treatment menu. Each treatment has its own price, length and calendar colour, and they sell at the till under their own tab.
- Book an appointmentBook a customer into the treatment calendar. Free gaps are drawn inside the day, so you can answer “what have you got on Thursday?” while they are on the phone.
- Let customers book onlineShare one link and customers book their own appointments, straight into your treatment calendar. You choose the notice, the rooms and how far ahead they can see.
- Treatment gift vouchersA gift voucher entitles whoever holds it to one treatment. Vouchers are gifts the shop issues and hands over; they are never sold at the till.
- Look after appointments: find, mark done or no-show, cancelFind any appointment in the list, mark it done or a no-show, or cancel it. Cancelling frees the time and any gift voucher held for it.
