Read your salary page
My salary shows what you have earned day by day: commission, hours, bonuses and deductions. It is an estimate for the month, not a payslip.
Owners can change what each role may do.
The page is in the Payroll folder of the sidebar, under My salary. It works everything out from your sales, refunds and check-ins.
Before you start
- Everyone who sells can see their own page by default. Opening a colleague's is for the owner, administrators and Human Resources.

- Step 6
Tap Export CSV to keep a copy.
What happens next
- The figures update as sales, refunds and check-ins come in; opening the page changes nothing.
- At month end the owner or Human Resources save the month in a payroll run for the accountant (Team salary and payroll runs).
How it adds up
Each day's sales, less refunds, pick one of your Commission tiers, and that tier's rate applies to the whole day (Set someone's pay: hourly rate and commission).
For a Month or Year, Payout is the higher of your hourly pay and your commission, plus bonuses and less deductions still to settle on payroll. Shorter periods show Commission earned only, because pay is settled monthly.
When a sale counts
A refund takes its commission back on the day of the refund, not the day of the sale. A day ends negative when refunds outweigh sales.
Selling a gift card earns commission that day; what the card later pays for earns nothing. A layaway earns on each payment, on the day it is taken.
Commission is counted without VAT. A sale shared with Add seller counts only your share.
Bonuses and deductions
Adjustments lists the bonuses (+) and deductions (−) for the period.
Already paid · ledger posted was settled at the time: a bonus handed to you, or a deduction you paid back. It doesn't change Payout. On payroll — folds into next snapshot goes into the next payroll run.
An estimate, not a payslip
The page shows what the shop's rules give. Tax, social security and the final figure are on the payslip from the shop's accountant.

Good to know
- Pay is settled monthly: a week view helps you keep track, but the month view is the one that counts.
