Marketing

Write an offer email

Build an offer email from blocks: a headline, up to six of your products with their photos and prices, an offer box and buttons. Start from a ready-made template or a blank one.

How-toBy default: Owner · Administrator · Manager · MarketingWhere: BACKOFFICE › Marketing › OffersChecked 29 Sept 2026

Owners can change what each role may do.

A template is the message: every word is yours to edit, and there is no code to break. Sending it to customers is a separate step, the campaign: Send an offer to your customers.

Edit on the left; How it will look shows the email your customer will get.

Steps

Start a template

  1. Step 1

Open BACKOFFICE › Marketing › Offers and stay on Templates.

  2. Step 2

Tap Add starter templates for six ready-made ones, or New template for a blank one.

  3. Step 3

Tap Edit on the template you want.

  4. Step 4

Set Written in to the language the text is written in.

Write the message

  1. Step 5

Give it a Template name, which only your team sees, and a Subject.

  2. Step 6

Pick a Banner photo, or No banner.

  3. Step 7

Write the Headline, Opening text, Closing text and Signature. Insert adds the customer's First name where you want it.

  4. Step 8

Tap Add products and pick up to six.

  5. Step 9

For each product, add a Note and, if you like, a Price shown or an Offer price to cross the old one out.

  6. Step 10

Switch on Include an offer for an Offer line, a Code, a Valid until date and Terms.

  7. Step 11

Tap Add a button, up to three: Button text and a Link (a web address, tel: or mailto:).

  8. Step 12

Tap Save, then Send me a test to see it in your inbox.

What happens next

  • The template is saved for your team. Nothing reaches a customer until you send a campaign: Send an offer to your customers.
  • Prices you type go out exactly as written. An empty price box uses the shop's price at the time of sending.
  • A campaign keeps its own copy of the template, so editing or deleting the template later never changes what was sent.
  • The email uses your brand colour and company logo from MANAGE › Settings › Branding & appearance.

The email speaks the template's language

The greeting, the line saying why the customer gets the email, and the unsubscribe link all follow Written in, not the language of your receipts.

Add starter templates installs the six in the language your shop uses for customers. The second button, such as Add starter templates in Spanish, adds the other set.

Questions

Can a product show as free?
Yes: type 0 as its price. An empty box is different: it uses the shop's price.
Who can send a test?
Anyone allowed to send campaigns. The test goes to one address, with your own name filled in, and counts nobody.
