Set up the deal page and vouchers

Choose the words, picture and contact buttons a customer sees after scanning a deal voucher's QR code. They apply to every deal prepared from then on.

How-toBy default: Owner · AdministratorWhere: MANAGE › Settings › Deal page & vouchersChecked 8 Oct 2026

Owners can change what each role may do.

When staff prepare a deal for a customer (Prepare a deal for one customer), the printed voucher carries a QR code that opens a public page. This screen sets that page's words, picture and buttons for the whole shop.

On this page

Before you start

  • Until you add buttons here, the shop's phone and email from Company info: name, time zone and tax become a WhatsApp button and an Email button.
  • Changing it needs the permission to edit the deal page settings: owners and administrators by default.

Deal page & vouchers: the fallback hero image field, the Website / info link switch, and the claim channels, with a WhatsApp and an Email button

Each claim channel is a button on the deal page; its switch shows or hides it.

Steps

  1. Step 1
  2. Step 2

Under Landing page copy, write the Headline and the Subheadline, the Voucher tagline printed on the slip, and pick the Default expiry (days).

    • Until you write your own, these hold ready-made words in the shop's Customer language (Languages), and the deal page and voucher say them in that language.
  3. Step 3

Under Landing page image, paste a Fallback hero image URL for deals whose products have no photo.

  4. Step 4

Under Claim channels, tap WhatsApp, Phone call, Email, SMS or Custom link to add a button.

  5. Step 5

Write each button's Button label in your customers' language, and its number, address or link.

    • A new button starts with ready-made words in the shop's Customer language, such as “Claim via WhatsApp” in English or “Pídela por WhatsApp” in Spanish. Rewrite them as you like.
    • WhatsApp, email and SMS buttons open the customer's app with a message asking for the deal, written in the shop's Customer language.
  6. Step 6

Use each button's switch to show or hide it, and the arrows to change the order. Turn on Website / info link for an extra button to your website.

  7. Step 7

    Tap Save.

What happens next

  • Deals prepared from now on carry these words, picture and buttons.
  • Deals already made keep what they were prepared with, so an old voucher still shows the old buttons.
  • A button with no words or no number is left off the page.

Questions

Can staff give one deal a different expiry?
Yes. Default expiry (days) is only what is picked for them when they prepare a deal.
Which picture does the page show?
The star product's photo when it has one; otherwise the fallback image you set here.
Which shop name does the page show?
Your logo (Branding & appearance: logos, colours and theme), or the company name from Company info: name, time zone and tax when there is no logo. With the company name left blank, it shows the name the shop was given at sign-up.

If you see this…

  • On screen

No claim channels yet. Add WhatsApp, email, or a custom link so customers can reach you.

    What to do

Add at least one button under Claim channels, fill in its number or address, and tap Save.

Good to know

  • The WhatsApp number can differ from the shop's main phone: use the mobile that answers customers fastest.
