Branding & appearance: logos, colours and theme
Upload your logos, choose the colour your offer emails wear, and pick the app's colour theme and density. The theme applies to everyone in the workspace.
Owners can change what each role may do.
Each control keeps its own permission: the company logo and the brand colour need company settings, the receipt logo needs receipt settings, and the theme needs appearance settings. What you can't change is greyed out.
Before you start
- Have your logo ready as a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG file under 4 MB.
Steps
Logos
- Step 1
- Step 2
Under Company logo, tap “Upload company logo” (“Replace company logo” if one is already there) and pick the file. It shows in the sidebar and on quick prints.
- Step 3
To print a different logo on receipts, do the same under Receipt logo. Left empty, receipts print the company logo.
- Step 4
Tap Save at the top: an uploaded logo isn't kept until you do.
Colours and theme
- Step 5
Under Your brand colour, pick a colour or type a hex code such as #0f766e. It colours the offer emails you send, nothing inside the app.
- Step 6
Under Colour preset, tap a theme. The whole app previews it straight away.
- Step 7
Under Density, choose cozy or compact: compact fits more on a big shop screen.
- Step 8
Under Wordmark & accent, choose the Wordmark style, whether to Show logo in sidebar, and an optional Accent override (hex, optional).
- Step 9
Tap Save.
What happens next
- The theme, density and wordmark change for everyone in this workspace as soon as you save.
- New receipts and quick prints carry the new logo, and offer emails sent from now on wear the new brand colour.
- Leave without saving and the app goes back to the theme it had.

Good to know
- Receipt paper is white: a dark logo on a transparent background prints most cleanly.
